Well I planted Noni seeds.... :)







Well, I managed to get the Noni fruit, with the help of my colleagues...with their umbrellas. Hahaha!!!

So this time round, i brought back the fruits riped (white in colour) and unriped (Greenish in colour).

Hope that I can plant and harvest them and I will cook them into soup for my mother in law to drink. It's not easy to get the supply though. They say that this helps cancer patients. No harm trying.

Anyway I planted the seeds...cut the tip (not touching the embryo) to allow water to enter the brown seed. Place them in water to allow germination. Well, see how it goes...and I will update with the pics.

On the other hand, i found that Nature farm is selling this Tahati Noni Juice. It is a big bottle about 946ml and it costs $55.50. There is a Naturefarm shop at Northpoint Basement 1.

Recipe: Braised Duck Wings and Feet

Ingredients: ------------- 1 kg Duck Wings 1 kg Duck Feet Few Slices of Ginger Dark Soya Sauce Fish Sauce A little bit of sugar (for thickening the soup) 2 tablespoon of Shaoxing Wine Sesame Oil Claypot Method: ------------- Boil hot water and place in all the duck wings and feet to clean away the dirty blood. Heat up the claypot and fry the ginger slices with sesame oil till fragrant. Pour in all the duck wings and feet. Add in the dark soya sauce, fish sauce, sugar and boil it over high heat for about 30 minutes. Turn to low heat and continue braising for 3 hours till the meat becomes tender and soft. Add in the Shaoxing wine and continue on high heat for about 10 minutes more. The dish is ready to be served.

Ingredients: 1 pig's kidney 60g pork (sliced) 2 bunches mian xian 50g shredded ginger 2 tbsps Chee Seng Sesame Oil 1 ybsp hua diao wine 80ml yellow wine 700ml water some salt to taste Methods: 1.
