Revitalising Tea

  • 25g dried longan flesh
  • 10 red dates — stones removed
  • 50g black beans — pan-fried without oil
  • 25g tong sum
Method:

RINSE all the ingredients very briefly and drain well. Put them in a slow cooker and add 1.5 litres of water. Cook on high or auto and allow to simmer overnight. Transfer tea into a thermos flask.
Drink the tea hot as often as you wish.
