Revitalising Tea
- 25g dried longan flesh
- 10 red dates — stones removed
- 50g black beans — pan-fried without oil
- 25g tong sum
Method:
RINSE all the ingredients very briefly and drain well. Put them in a slow cooker and add 1.5 litres of water. Cook on high or auto and allow to simmer overnight. Transfer tea into a thermos flask.
