Recipe: Stir fried frog legs with spring onions

Ingredients:
Frog legs
Egg white
Corn flour
Ginger
Spring onions
Chinese wine
Salt
Sugar


Instructions:

Chop the frog legs into desired sizes and mix evenly in egg white and corn flour.
Deep fry in hot oil until half cooked.
In a clean wok, add in adequate oil.
Stir fry ginger and spring onions until fragrant.
Next add in the frog legs, some salt, sugar and chinese wine.
Using strong fire, stir until evenly cooked.
