Recipe: Beef Stew



(Beef stew)

Ingredients:
  • 1 chicken (cut into 12 pieces) or 1kg beef cubes
  • 5g garlic
  • 1 cup soya sauce
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp white peppercorn (crushed)
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
Method:

IF chicken is used, saute the chicken first in a hot pan to brown. If beef is used, boil the beef first to seal the juices.

Mix all the ingredients together and leave it to simmer until the meat is tender.
