Recipe: Gong Bao Frog Legs

Ingredients:

Frog legs
Light soya sauce
Oyster sauce
Corn flour
Dried chilli
Sliced ginger
Onions
Garlic
Red dates
Spring onions



Instructions:

Marinate the frog legs with light soya sauce, oyster sauce and some sugar for 15 to 30 minutes.
Add corn flour to the marinated frog legs.
Deep fry for 1 to 2 minutes until about 70% cooked.
Stir fry this portion with dried chilli, sliced ginger, onions, and finely chopped garlic.
Lastly, add red dates, soya sauce and spring onions.
Cooked over medium fire until evenly cooked.
