Recipe: Crepes

Ingredients:
1 cup of all purpose flour
2 cups of milk
3 eggs
1 pinch of salt
Vegetable oil

Toppings:
Maple syrup
Jam
Fresh fruit
Ice cream

Instructions:
Mix the flour and the milk in the mixing bowl.
Mix with a whisk.
Add the eggs in one at a time whisking all the time.
Add the salt.
Mix to get a smooth batter.
Stand to rest for 20 to 30 mins.
Heat the frying pan or the skillet.
Take some oil and coat it evenly on the pan.
Take some batter, about ¼ cup and pour it into the pan swirling so that it can spread evenly and thinly.
Allow cooking.
Check the crepe with a spatula to see if the underside is brown.
Flip it over.
Allow to brown on the other side.
Remove to serving plate and add the toppings.

Tips:
If you cannot swirl it fast enough, spread it with a ladle in a circular motion so that it is even.
You can fill it with fresh fruits and fold it into a semicircle and serve,
