Roast pork aka shao rou

First try on roasted pork. All u need is to have lots of salt n pork belly. Poke in holes so that the salt can seep into the meat...

Hae bee chang n bak chang

After 10hrs of hard work, here comes close to 100pcs of hae bee chang n bak chang. Used 4kg of glutinous rice... Right hand nw still aching but its worth the hardwork. Boss gave me 9.5/10. Yipee!!! But the only thing I still got to tackle is shape. Soaking dumplings in water to boil for 1 hr still gives the best, smooth texture.

Pork bulgogi

Sauce for bulgogi ------------------ 1 apple 1 xue li aka pear Soya sauce Minced the pear and apple and add soya sauce. Place the mixture into a jar and refrigerate. To prepare in advance, place pork or beef in a ziplog bag to marinate overnight. Grill for the extra flavour. You can add in cucumber or carrots for a more healthier chose.
